Herb Coffee is a blend of dark roast coffee beans, roasted dandelion root, and chaga mushroom, which together create a rich comforting earthy brew perfect for every morning. Our Herbal Coffee contains less caffeine than typical coffee because dandelion and chaga make up more than 40% of the total weight of the product, there is no ingredient "dusting" here - with Herb Coffee you're getting the highest quality chaga mushroom and roasted dandelion root - and a lot of it!
Coffee is already a major source of fiber for many people around the planet, and Herb Coffee is even more microbiome friendly as dandelion root contains inulin, a prebiotic found, and chaga mushroom also have beneficial antimicrobial properties. The soluble fiber in Herb Coffee supports overall digestion and symbiotic microbiota.
Herb Coffee can be used just the same as regular coffee, whether that's French press, drip, espresso, or even a cowboy coffee!
To get started use the highest quality water available to you (spring water is best) and brew as desired!

Herb Coffee is an all-organic herbal coffee blend comprised of a mix of single-origin dark roast coffee beans and coffee alternatives roasted dandelion root and chaga mushroom! This herbal coffee blend IS NOT instantized, it has a regular grind (drip) and is vacuumed sealed for peak freshness.
Our organic coffee beans hail from Peru, have great aroma and flavor, and aren't especially oily. They are medium-dark roast and make up more than 50% of Herb Coffee, so the caffeine content is about 1/2 that of a normal cup of coffee.
